Christopher Ennis has acted as Arbitrator, Adjudicator, Mediator, Expert Determiner and Dispute Adjudication Board member in over 200 construction contract disputes ranging from smaller domestic matters to major multi‐million GBP/USD/Euro/ZAR projects domestically and internationally.
He is an Accredited Adjudicator and member of the RICS, TeCSA, CIArb, CEDR and CPA panels of Construction Adjudicators, and of the RICS Panel of JCT Home Owner/Occupier Contract Adjudicators.
He is a CEDR Panel Mediator and a member of the CEDR Ireland Mediator Group and the CEDR Ireland panel of Arbitrators. He is also a member of the CIArb panel of Mediators, a member of the Resolex Construction Mediation Panel “Resolex CCMG”, and a member of the Musicians’ Union DRS Mediation Panel.
